What are the shipping costs?
Delivery to any address in Australia on orders over $100 is FREE. - . Delivery to any address in Australia on orders under $100 is a flat $8.50.
Unless otherwise requested, all Shipping is via Australia Post. See below for International Shipping.

We use Australia Post for most of our postal needs but sometime we use Couriers Please.
International
When we post overseas we only do it by Airmail we want the book to turn up in a reasonable time, we have found after posting thousands of books
all over the world that the longer they take to reach their destination the more chance of being damaged, for that reason there are no exceptions Airmail is your only choice. All books are posted at the direct cost Airmail see Australia post.
Delivery Times Local
We pride ourselves in delivering ASAP to all of our customers from the moment you order your book we try to post it to you within 2 days delivery is
usually 3 to 5 days. If there is any reason that will hold this up we will either ring or email you.
Delivery times for international customers have many reasons to be delayed that is the main reason we send Airmail. If your order is delayed for any
reason we will contact you to explain the delay. We only use Australia Post for international deliveries and we rely on their processes and delivery
times to your destination once the parcel has left Lake Macquarie Secondhand Books. If your parcel has not arrived in the designated time it may be
awaiting pick-up at your local Australia Post office. .
What if my order is unavailable?
In the advent that your order has been sold we will not charge your card. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped to you individually
as they arrive at Lake Macquarie Secondhand Books Online Bookstore. You will not incur additional shipping costs if this happens and we will be in
constant communication with you to ensure you are kept informed of the progress of your order. .
How do I place an order?

How do I finalise my order?
To finalise your order, click on the "SECURE CHECKOUT" tab to proceed to the account login screen. If you have shopped with us before, enter your
email address and password and click "CONTINUE". If this is the first time you have shopped at www.ozzbooks.com.au, click on the "NEW CUSTOMER"
tab and you will be directed to an account activation page. Enter the required information, not forgeting to add a mailing address if it is different to your

What payment methods are accepted?

How do I use my gift certificate?
If you have a gift certificate, please follow the above instructions to complete your transaction. When you get to the "PAYMENT METHOD" page, please enter
the certificate number in the space provided and click "CONTINUE" to proceed to the secure checkout. .
Paying by PayPal
If paying by PayPal, follow the above directions until you get to the "PAYMENT METHOD" page. Click on the PayPal button then click the "MAKE PAYMENT"
